C.A.R. Goal Setting One-Sheet
I recently had a great conversation with my good friend, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging expert Gigi about how I could be most productive in my day. She shared with me her tried & true way to get things done: C.A.R. – Complete And Reward. Once she gets something on her goal sheet done, she rewards herself with something. Maybe it’s a big something, but most times its small but just big enough to make completing the goal worth it.
Grab my C.A.R. Goal Setting One-Sheet and get ready to set, meet and boss up on your goals!
